Exchange and Return Policy

At Vintage Vibes, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best possible experience. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully:

1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We accept returns or exchanges for any product you are not satisfied with.
2. Return/Exchange Period: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 1 week from the date of order delivery.
3. Product Condition: Returned or exchanged products must have at least 90% of the contents remaining in the bottle to be eligible.
4. Processing Time: Return/exchange requests will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receipt.
5. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are not refundable for returned or exchanged items.
6. Exchange Delivery Fees: Customers are responsible for paying delivery charges for exchange orders.
7. Non-Refundable Products: Tester Boxes (Sample Boxes) are not eligible for refunds as they are intended for fragrance testing purposes.
8. Non-Refundable Orders Over Rs.10,000: Orders above Rs.10,000 are not refundable, but can be exchanged.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Products: If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will cover the delivery charges for the return or exchange.
